Neurospa Psychology provides evidence-based psychological therapy in Adelaide for children, adolescents, and adults. Therapy is delivered in a calm, private, unhurried setting — in person at our Hilton clinic or via telehealth across South Australia — and is grounded in established therapeutic frameworks tailored to each client’s goals.
Our AHPRA-registered psychologists draw on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and motivational interviewing, adapting the approach to each individual’s presentation. Our clinic at 76 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton SA is accessible to clients across Torrensville, Mile End, Thebarton, Glenelg, and the wider Adelaide metropolitan area.

Neurospa Psychology offers secure telehealth sessions for clients across South Australia, conducted via video or phone. The online platform is user-friendly and requires no prior set-up.
Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person sessions for a wide range of presentations. Telehealth sessions are eligible for a Medicare rebate under a current Mental Health Care Plan.

Group Therapy
Neurospa Psychology offers structured group therapy programs. Group therapy can provide a valuable sense of connection for individuals navigating similar experiences and stages of life. Prior to joining some group programs, an initial individual consultation with one of our psychologists may be required to explore your needs and goals and to confirm that group therapy is a suitable fit.
Following this consultation, if a group program is appropriate, you will be provided with full information on program content, expectations, dates, and fees. Please contact our team to enquire about current group therapy availability.
