Our Practice

Neurospa Psychology is a private psychology practice located at 76 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton SA. The practice is designed to be quiet, private, and unhurried, providing clients with the time and space to settle, have a considered conversation, and engage with the process at a comfortable pace.

Our AHPRA-registered psychologists hold full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Our principal psychologist holds a Master of Psychology from Western Sydney University and has clinical experience working with clients from early childhood through to older adulthood.

Therapy at Neurospa Psychology is grounded in evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. For formal psychological assessments, a comprehensive written clinical report is produced and accompanied by a 30-minute feedback consultation to ensure clients leave with a thorough understanding of their findings and clear next steps.

Individual Therapy

Individual psychological therapy is provided through one-to-one sessions drawing on evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Sessions are available in person at our Hilton, SA clinic or via telehealth. Sessions run for 50 minutes. Medicare rebates are available with a current Mental Health Care Plan.

ADHD Assessments

Neurospa Psychology provides comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and adults using standardised psychometric instruments and validated clinical tools. For paediatric assessments, collateral information is gathered from parents and teachers. For adult assessments, structured clinical interviews and validated self-report rating scales are administered.

Secure video and telephone sessions are available to clients across South Australia. Clinical evidence confirms that telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person sessions for a range of presentations. Medicare rebates are available under a current Mental Health Care Plan.

Autism Assessments

Assessments are conducted collaboratively by an AHPRA-registered psychologist and speech pathologist. Comprehensive NDIS-ready clinical reports are produced and accepted for school accommodation and workplace adjustment requests.

Structured group therapy programs are available for individuals experiencing similar clinical presentations. An initial individual consultation is required prior to group programme entry. Please contact our team for current programme availability.

How It Works

A considered, transparent process from your first enquiry.

01

Book Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting our clinic directly on 08 5117 3064. No referral is required. Clients seeking a Medicare rebate are advised to obtain a current Mental Health Care Plan from their General Practitioner prior to their first appointment.

02

Your First Session

The initial appointment focuses on your presenting concerns and therapeutic goals. Your psychologist conducts a thorough clinical intake, listens carefully to your experience, and addresses any questions you have about the process, the approach, or what to expect going forward.

03

Your Personalised Treatment Plan

Following the initial session, a treatment plan is developed collaboratively and tailored to your individual goals and clinical presentation. This may involve ongoing therapy, a formal psychological assessment, or a structured short-term intervention, with clear next steps established and agreed upon at the close of every appointment.
